Is there any kind of guarantee on your work?

  • For computer repair our guarantee is simple: If we can't fix it, you don't pay.
  • Excludes circumstances in which new hardware is required.
  • If the client chooses not to replace the necessary hardware a diagnostic fee of $15 will be applied and the computer will be returned to the owner.

I'm dropping off my computer for repair, what do I need to include?

  • If it is a desktop, just bring the tower and the software that came with the purchase of your computer (if possible).
  • If it is a laptop, bring the AC adapter that accompanies it.
  • Things NOT to bring: keyboard, mouse, monitor, desktop power cords.
  • Also, if you require additional software to be installed, include CDs and their serial keys.

Do you take Credit Cards?

  • Yes.
  • Our website is linked to a PayPal merchant account where you can make a safe and convenient payment with your credit or debit card.

How long should I expect to wait to get my computer back?

  • A time range will be specified upon retrieval of computer...
  • *Some special cases may require more time than others.
  • Typically, unless parts need to be ordered or specified otherwise, most jobs are completed within the next 24 hours.
