Diagnostic, Repair, and Protect $60

• When your PC is locking up, not booting, or just acting plain crazy...we are here to help.
• We find and repair any virus, spyware, and/or operating system issues with your computer.
• If you have a general computer problem, this would be your ideal package.
• We also optimize your computer for better performance and usability, as well as protect your computer to help prevent future problems.

Computer Tune-Up $25

• Make sure your PC is running smooth and secure with a PC Tune-Up.
• We will install system updates, improve menu navigation responsiveness, taskbar cleanup, remove unwanted programs, test PC hardware, and install Mozilla Firefox with free add-ons that enhance and secure your browsing experience.

Computer Setup $75 (On Site Only)

• A frustration free setup is guaranteed when someone is there to set up your newly purchased computer for you.
• We will setup your computer (tower, monitor, mouse, keyboard, and speakers, install one external peripheral device (ie: webcam, microphone, etc.), and connect your computer to your existing internet configuration.

Software Install $25

• We can help get you on your feet with your newly purchased software for Mac or PC.
• If you are not sure what software you need, we will help determine your needs, and help you find the best deal.
• We will install and configure your software and optimize your install for quick and easy access with shortcuts and updates. Software not included.

Hardware Install $25

• A hardware upgrade can add extra boost to your system's performance.
• We will install an internal or external component such as a graphics card, memory, hard drive, optical drive, printer or scanner.
• We will analyze your setup to help determine your hardware needs, shop around to get the best value for your upgrade, then install the hardware.

Operating System Install $50

• Installing a new operating system can take what seems like forever.
• Whether it is a clean install or an upgrade, we can provide a full installation of your operating system, device drivers, and software and updates.

Data Backup $40

• Have a safety net for your important files and pictures with a data backup plan.
• Transfer your important documents to another storage device such as a CD, DVD, or an internal/external hard drive.
• This is a one time backup of 9.4 GB of data; other data plans are available such as automated data backup.

Data Recovery $75

• If you hear a clicking sound from your hard drive: turn off your computer and give us a call immediately.
• If you have accidentally deleted your files, even from the recycle bin: turn off your computer and call us immediately!
• We know your time and resources are critical, and we will help you in this data crisis with our low rate for data recovery.
• 2 DVDs of data. Each additional DVD is $15.

Software Training $75/hour

• From Adobe Photoshop to Notepad we can teach you how to use most software.
• We provide hands-on lessons for a variety of software.
• We offer one time or weekly lessons on a wide range of software suites.

Technology Consulting $50/hour

• When you want to know the best solution, ask the experts.
• We will discuss with you about your computers, network setup, and other technological devices.
• We will give feedback on your current setup, and advice for concerns you may have, as well as recommend upgrades.

Wireless Setup $100

• Want to get rid of wires?
• We will setup your wireless router and up to 3 devices.
• We also secure your network from others that could be stealing your bandwidth.
